Meet Judi!

Starting at the age of 12, Judi began volunteering. By the age of 30, she was running behavioral health programs, and in her 40s, she created an Advanced Somatic Psychology Program used around the world. 

Now, as a Community Response Volunteer, she does her best to help others and advocate for the people who need it most. When she is not volunteering, you can find her putting her skills to good use in Real Estate, including finding homes for foster families, rentals for low-income individuals, and more!

Her full-time job is as both the North Carolina and South Carolina broker-in-charge, as well as a certified expert listing agent, a buyer coach,  a Best of Zillow SHOWCASE Agent, and a Network Realtor for Realtor.com. Judi understands the importance of community and resources, which is why she sits on the board for the Hendersonville Environmental Sustainability Board, is the Community Outreach Director for Softer Streets, and is the president of Homes for Youth!  Additionally, she serves on the Professional Standards Committee for Realtors and is an Ambassador for the Canopy MLS.   

Judi also hosts the Grateful Mindset radio show on Saturday mornings at 9:00 AM on WHKP 107.7 FM - Where the Heavens Kiss the Peaks. The radio show features human interest, art, science, charity work, and a tad of real estate. Because of Judi's knowledge from running her own mental health training company, she brings the skills of working with people, research, education, and transformation to the Real Estate industry as well as the community at large.  

Judi currently teaches a Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course at AB Tech where she prepares you to sit for the North Carolina Real Estate Exam. Interested in taking the course? Judi will reimburse your course fees if you join our Grateful Mindset Team!
