Graham first got into real estate through vacation rental management, where he has spent over five years working with homeowners and guests across Western North Carolina. From coordinating housekeeping and repairs to advising owners on pricing and performance, he found himself right in the middle of the region’s fast-changing short-term rental market, helping clients navigate the ups and downs with smart strategy and local insight.
Originally from Lexington, KY, Graham moved to Asheville in 2013 and later studied entrepreneurship at AB Tech. It was during his time in property management that he began to see the broader impact of housing—how a well-run home could be both a successful investment and a source of stability. That realization sparked a larger goal: to help people find safe, affordable housing in a market that doesn’t always make it easy. In 2025, he earned his broker’s license and joined Grateful Mindset Properties.
Graham brings an upbeat, analytical mindset to his work, along with a genuine care for the people behind each transaction. Whether he’s helping someone find their first home or fine-tuning a rental investment, his approach is always practical, personable, and rooted in the numbers.
He and his wife recently bought their first home in Asheville’s Oakley neighborhood, where they live with their 8-year-old daughter and their beagle mix, Melvin. When he’s off the clock, Graham can usually be found fixing a lawn mower, watching stand-up comedy, or tackling a home project.
